Dreadful!
I finally have some answers after coming into trust pilot and confirm my suspicions about liquidation.
Have sent email after email, rang and left messages.. nothing!
What a waste, can’t use the phone as it won’t charge and unable to talk to anybody from chitter chatter about it. They should at least provide alternate contact details for getting in touch when things go wrong :(

Sad to find out, that they've gone into liquidation.…
I had my phone with Chitter Chatter nearly 2yrs ago. Everything has been fine, straightforward communication. So I've just been to look on the website, to see what phones are available for my next upgrade and was sad to find out, that they've gone into liquidation. My contract is with 3, so I'm not worried about that. But I doubt I'll find a deal to match what I have, with another company.

Unable to get in touch with company when our phone went wrong!
Appears they have gone into liquidation and so no way of getting any money back!!

So called 'Customer Service' ignoring emails
IPhone has developed a couple of faults and have raised this via the so called 'Customer Service' email address. Expectation was that as the phone is still under their 12 month warranty they would respond advising next steps. Reality is I've sent 3 emails and left 2 voicemails and still no response received. Absolute disgrace. Thought I would raise it on this forum as there are a few responses from Chitter Chatter on here to other reviews albeit they seem to only be on 'positive' reviews.
Next step is Citizens advice/Trading Standards. Companies cant give you a 12 month warranty and then when you need to use it they ignore all attempts at contact.

Disgraceful
Avoid using "Chitter Chatter" unless you are prepared to throw your hard-earned cash away¡
I have been trying to get a response from a member of Chitter Chatter now for over 2 months. I bought a Mobile Phone Handset from "Chitter Chatter" in April 2022 through Lebara which uses them as their fulfilment partner. However, after 4 months the Handset developed a "No Service" fault and,
I have spent the rest of the time phoning, emailing, and writing to Chitter Chatter to no avail, the staff never respond to phone messages/emails, or letters.
Waste of time and money¡
Can't purchase anything!
Can't seem to actually buy anything. Everytime I add something to the basket it never registers. Have tried different products. Also tried on my phone and two different laptops on three different browsers and I get the same each time. Tried sending messages to ask what is going on, no response. Tried calling but all operators are apparently busy. Have been trying for well over a week. Giving up and buying phone from Amazon instead.
Battery life Samsung galaxy S10e rubbish, charging daily
I've order a Samsung S10e phone, but ever since I've purchased the phone the battery is awful. I was charging it everyday when I first got the phone now its in the day also. I've only only had it 6 months I can't understand why this is so as I'm not really doing much on the phone to drain the battery down. Apart from that it's a lovely phone.
I was a little surprised that the phone…
I was a little surprised that the phone wasn't a UK version, but after a chat with customer services I was reassured that the charger was a proper UK Samsung one, and it's a piece of cake to set the phone up with English as default. It could have been clearer that the phone had been re-boxed and the European charger replaced with a UK one, and this is what made the phone considerably cheaper than a standard product.

No purchase ....yet
No purchase ....yet! I have tried to contact this company several times by all possible means including phone calls, messenger & FB and I've not had any response whatsoever. Their website is refusing to take payment. If there's a problem with the system they should be upfront & say so. Hugely disappointing.
Why only 30 day manufacturing guarantee!???
Cheapest deal on the Web for the mid-range Samsung mobile I decided upon.
But the sticking point is their 30 day manufacturing defects guarantee period.
Why only 30 days when the UK law gives us 1 year minimum guarantee!?
Chitter Chatter responded with they "provide a lifetime guarantee against manufacturer faults and defects on all new phones, and 12 months on refurbished phones"!
However, their delivery documents specifically state 30 days!
Come on Chitter Chatter, it's your delivery documents, get them sorted......

Your overall service is very good
Your overall service is very good, but there is confusion about delivery on your emails. The first email on 17 May, said orders received before 5,00pm would be despatched for next day delivery, my order was placed before 5.00pm. However, the second email on 17 May said: Delivery is expected within the next 2-3 days as per the delivery message on our web site and we will email you to confirm delivery as soon as stock arrives.
Nonetheless the phone was delivered on Thursday 19 May, so I am very pleased with you.

Somewhat disappointed
The buying process went smoothly. The mobile arrived when expected and well packaged. It is genuine UK stock ̶a̶t̶ ̶a̶ ̶g̶r̶e̶a̶t̶ ̶p̶r̶i̶c̶e̶!̶
A few days later, Chitter Chatter dropped the price of the phone by £70. Of course, had I known about the price drop I would have waited a few days before buying. A call to sales found them unsympathetic and an email to customer service was not even answered. I am disappointed that they could not even take time to contact me.
No obvious catch, just a genuine bargain.
Bought a Samsung Galaxy S20 FE for my wife. Saved a lot of money by not buying from Samsung. Free next day Royal Mail delivery as promised. The phone is cheaper because its a European model, but it's brand new and has been adapted to function in the UK. There is no other catch, so far, but I will update this review if something goes wrong. Phone works great so far. For those wondering, the FE model seems more than adequate for average folk like us, and Chitter Chatter experience was great. So far so good.

I ordered the phone and it came via royal mail as promised. Unfortunately there was a problem at the warehouse and i got the wrong phone. However, it was sorted out immediately at no cost to me and another phone was in the post next day. I actually spoke to a real person and got through straight away no call centres or holding on. I was very impressed.

Good price and excellent service
I was looking to pick up a Samsung A52s 5G for a good price after the updated A53 model had been released. Chitter Chatter was recommended by MoneySavingExpert and only a little more expensive than sellers on a well-known online marketplace. It was worth paying a little more for some certainty that I would actually get a new phone with all the right accessories. The phone arrived as promised, with good communication throughout the process.
